1. Zero tolerance

CHAiTS has a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE — which also includes what is commonly called CSAM, material that documents abuse of minors). It is strictly forbidden to upload, share, request, generate with artificial intelligence, or distribute in any form content of this kind on the platform, with no exceptions.

Anyone who violates this rule is immediately banned from the platform and, where required by law, the matter is reported to the competent authorities (see section 4).

2. How we protect minors in the app

CHAiTS integrates several technical and organizational measures designed to protect younger users:

3. How to report abuse

If you encounter or suspect content or behavior involving the sexual abuse or exploitation of minors, report it to us immediately:

We treat every report of this kind with the highest priority.

4. Cooperation with authorities

We cooperate with law enforcement and competent authorities when we become aware of illegal material or behavior related to the sexual abuse or exploitation of minors, within the limits and in the manner required by applicable law. We retain only the information strictly necessary to support any investigation, in line with what is described in our privacy policy.
